At robinplacefabrics.com, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind,
ordering the wrong size, color, or design selection made by the customer.

Eligibility for Refund or Free Replacement

We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if your order has any of the following
issues caused by us or our production partners:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Printing is blurry, faded, cracked, or significantly misprinted
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size, color, or style sent compared to your order
  • Product has major manufacturing defects
  • Package lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
  • Other errors caused by our team

Request Timeframe

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

After review and approval, we will process either:

  • A free replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

No Return Required

For approved claims, you do not need to return the product unless specifically requested
by our support team.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in these situations:

  • Customer ordered wrong size, color, style, or design
  • Customer changed mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or handling by customer

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but not yet received:

  • Credit/debit card refunds usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
