Personalized Name Baby’s First Christmas Ceramic Ornament

I was so looking forward to giving my friend this personalized Christmas ornament. I won’t be giving it now because I am embarrassed by the quality of the requested name. The ornament is fine but it looks like they left off the last letter of the name and the script used is almost eligible. I asked 4 other people what they thought and they all agreed that a letter was left off and it was very hard to read. What a waste of money and now I have no gift for my friend.
