In case of accident my blood type is Diet Coke t shirt, tank, hoodie

I admit, I ordered the wrong size shirt. I quickly looked at the website, which says you can change or cancel your order, if you email support within 8 hours of the order. I sent an email requested a correction of the size, in less than 8 minutes. The order was not changed. Three weeks later, still zero response to that email. Leave a phone message? That's a joke. It took over 2 weeks to get the shirt. The Coke name on the shirt, should be red. Sorry, it's more orange or burnt umber.
